This is a part-time position where you'll be joining a small, friendly admin team of two, providing essential support to our management teams in Manchester.
We offer flexible working hours and are happy to discuss a schedule that works best for you during the interview.
This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, to be worked over three days - ideally Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
This role is diverse, fast-paced, and full of variety - there is plenty to keep you busy as an Administrator at MacIntyre.
You'll be supporting with recruitment and training, managing staff records, and keeping track of key data for the people we support.
As an important point of contact, you'll engage with job applicants, families, trainers, and staff, whether face-to-face or over the phone.
While there's paperwork and regulatory requirements to stay up-to-date with, it's all vital to ensuring we offer fantastic support for people to live their best lives.
Strong IT skills are essential, as you'll be using various platforms such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience in recruitment or training is a definite advantage, but we're more interested in your positive attitude, ability to thrive in a busy environment, and your values.
About you We're looking for an experienced administrator who can: Take initiative and work independently, while also being a great team player Stay organised and manage priorities with ease Stay calm and focused under pressure Be confident with IT, including MS Office, and ideally have experience with online databases or management systems Be open to learning new tools and systems, such as our bespoke Applicant Tracking System for recruitment.
