This role offers the opportunity to work on significant mandates involving Developers, Lenders, Landlords, Tenants, PPPs, and Public Sector Bodies, focusing on JCT, NEC, other standard form contracts, and bespoke terms.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in transactional delivery, client relationship development, and the team's growth.
Job description: The Construction and Engineering team, boasting over 100 specialists, including 24 Partners, is recognized for its comprehensive legal solutions across the construction industry.
The Manchester team includes 6 partners and over 30 fee earners, renowned for their expertise, commerciality, and innovation, maintaining top rankings in Legal 500 and Chambers.
Required profile: Candidates should possess a minimum 2:1 degree, with at least ten years of experience in construction law from a leading practice.
The role requires leading complex transactions, supervisory skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
