We are now looking for a highly motivated experienced Estate Agent to join our busy and passionate team on a full-time basis, in our office in Wimborne.
Saturday work will be required as per the team rota.
Job Summary: Reporting to the Lead Estate Agent, this role will play an integral part in the Sales Team, consisting of a further Estate Agent, a Customer Service Representative, Viewers and a Sales Progressor.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimising every opportunity to maximise sales, ensuring our clients and applicants receive a first class service.
Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Manager a register of existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance through the property selling process.
Maximise opportunities by maintaining regular contact with clients to provide feedback from property viewings and advise them on how to achieve a successful sale of their property.
Handle general inquiries from clients, providing clear and professional responses.
