* Organise and carry out successful driver recruitment throughout the year * Ensure all accident and damage reports are investigated and costs attributed correctly in conjunction with accounts invoicing.
* Ensure that all necessary reports, documents, schedules and diaries are maintained * Plan and action all movements in conjunction with Operations Distribution office Team * Work closely with the team ensure all site health & safety procedures are adhered to.
* Uphold and enforce the drivers' compliance policy.
* Ensure drivers hours are maximised but not exceeded, including accurate timesheet management.
