It involves managing and updating the CRM.
Key Responsibilities Suitability Report Preparation Compliance and Record Maintenance Client Service and Support Assist in managing client inquiries, working closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
Team Collaboration and Process Adherence: Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and updated on procedures, company products, and industry developments.
Exercise initiative in managing your own tasks and consult with the IFAs and Senior Paraplanners on workload priorities.
Other Responsibilities: Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach in all interactions.
