Working with the widerProcurement team, internal stakeholders, and suppliers, you'll ensure servicelevels stay consistent by monitoring supplier performance, tracking SLAs andKPIs, and resolving non-F&B supply chain issues.
You'll also enable us toplan for peak demand periods, coordinate forecasts, and identify opportunitiesto enhance and improve critical supply chains.

YourOpportunity: To learn, developand become an expert in a key area of the business by: - Conduct regular supplier review meetings, setting strategies to ensure KPIs and targets are met - Acting as the conduit between the Procurement team and suppliers, you will provide regular reporting and escalate issues as required - Innovating and developing supply chain process and MI, ensuring an overview and pan that drives improved performance - Working within the brand and key stakeholders to guide, advise and monitor inventory levels and forecasting to ensure optimal performance of seasonal trading patterns What we'd likeyou to bring: - Good understanding of Supply Chain SLAs and KPI monitoring metrics.
