My client is a well-established, dynamic, and creative cosmetics manufacturer Due to continued growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a National Sales Manager has arisen to join their driven, passionate, and growing team.
The successful candidate will be energetic, have new business development experience, and a 'hunter' mentality.

Responsibilities The key objective of the role is to secure new clients for the business in targeted market segments including but not limited to the nutritional, health and beauty industries.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the candidate will be experienced in generating new opportunities, securing that business, and successfully guiding relationships through to delivered orders.
Form strong relationships and build trust with prospective clients through effective and honest communication.
The role will require regular UK travel, and potentially international business trips when necessary.
Requirements Experience in a similar role in another cosmetics manufacturer The successful applicant will be a tenacious self-starter with a positive outlook and strong influencing and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical and numeracy skills are must-haves while an ambition for leadership responsibilities would be valuable A strong commercial awareness and an ability to pick the right opportunities for the business is essential.
