This team is designed for trailblazers and change agents who are passionate about driving value for clients while shaping the future of customer and Salesforce advisory.
About the Role: We are seeking ambitious consultants to help clients optimise and transform how they connect and engage with their customers.
By implementing technologies that enhance digital customer and employee experiences, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tangible business outcomes.
As part of this management consulting team, you will bring a combination of customer transformation expertise, industry insight, and Salesforce platform proficiency.
You will support CRM transformation projects that range from strategic value assessments to Salesforce implementations, delivering value-driven solutions tailored to client needs.
You will work across various industries, including life sciences, consumer goods, financial services, manufacturing, and telecommunications, while leveraging deep expertise in at least one sector.
You will guide clients in operating model optimisation, using the Salesforce platform as a key enabler of their strategy.
This role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, coaching colleagues, and driving entrepreneurial collaboration to support broader business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Lead business development efforts, including bid responses and proposal development.
Shape and deliver CRM transformation projects, from operating model design to Salesforce implementation.
Develop use cases, experience design, and technology architecture to support client objectives.
Manage projects or programmes with a focus on agile delivery and achieving business outcomes.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, offering expertise in operating model optimisation and Salesforce enablement.
Build and maintain client relationships across industries to support their customer transformation goals.
Stay current with industry trends to train and mentor colleagues while building consulting capabilities.
Requirements: 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in Customer and Salesforce advisory roles, with expertise in: Business development and bid response.
Operating model and process design.
Use case development and experience design.
Solution and technology architecture.
Project/programme management and agile delivery.
Strong industry expertise in one or more sectors, such as health and life sciences, insurance, banking, consumer goods, or manufacturing.
Demonstrable skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.
