Enterprise Architect

Our client, a significant organisation within the Not for Profit sector, is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to join their team in a permanent capacity.
Permanent, full-time position operating a hybrid working model ( 1 -2 days a week in the offices near to Maidstone, Kent ) The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in aligning business strategy with technical solutions across different organisational levels as they undergo a large Digital transformation encompassing Technology and Business process.
This position is central to fostering technological innovation and strategic alignment within the organisation.
You will require a proven combination of both Technical strength and expertise coupled with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders of all levels up to and include C-Suite.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Architecture Project team - including Foundation, Data, Solution, Security, and Infrastructure.
Take ownership and accountability for the design, governance, implementation, and adoption of technology architecture within the Transformation Programme ensuring objectives are met.
Collaborate and facilitate alignment of key stakeholders, ensuring scalability and security.
Guide the organisation in planning, designing, and operationalising digital strategies.
Align best practices while driving innovative solutions.
Job Requirements: Experience in IT architecture and enterprise-level implementation.
Solid Technical depth of Microsoft technologies.
Sound Azure knowledge is a must Strong understanding of / implementation of business models, operating models, and financial models.
Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
Comprehensive knowledge of agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
Familiarity with existing, new, and emerging technologies and processing environments.
Ability to balance long-term and short-term implications of decisions.
Translate business needs into enterprise architecture requirements.
