SEN Tutor Job Duties: Provide tailored academic support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance learning outcomes Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience working with students with SEN Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Strong organisational and time-management abilities Empathy and patience when working with students with SEN Benefits of working with TP Tutors: Flexible working that you are in control of
