Requirements Who's the ideal candidate?
A strategic HR generalist whose CIPD Level 7 qualified, you'll currently be working at a similar pace and level and have experience of helping to scale tech start ups (of around 80-150 people).
You'll understand how to manage the people challenges this presents and possess exceptional communications skills.
You're an inspiring people's person who will lead from the front but is also a real team player.  You might also have experience of Running OKR processes Who you'll work with  You'll mentor and manage an experienced HR and Talent team and work closely with the senior leadership team to strengthen our culture as we grow.  Opportunities to grow There are lots of great opportunities to grow personally and professionally.
You'll lead on defining and implementing the new people strategy and integrating cross functionally with all teams.
