Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, NHS guidelines, and company policies.
Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly.
Provide expert advice and support to patients on medication use, side effects, and general health queries.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance pharmacy services and increase patient satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting continuous development for staff members.
