What you'll be doing: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand each young person's unique needs Deliver a range of evidence-based psychological therapies, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, tailored to individual treatment plans Collaborate closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and person-centred care Support service development initiatives that align with best practice and current research to enhance patient care Play a key role in our initiative to support hospital staff wellbeing, fostering a healthy, resilient workplace culture Provide supervision, guidance, and professional development to Assistant Psychologists and other members of the multidisciplinary team Promote and develop a culture of research within the service, encouraging evidence-based practice and ongoing learning Keep people safe from harm and protect their human rights What you'll have: HCPC registration BPS m embership Previous experience within a CAMHS setting Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
