Job Title: IT Director (Digital Transformation) Location: Leeds Salary: Circa £90k - £115k + Comprehensive Benefits Reports to: CEO Our client is a UK based B2B service provider, with continued and sustained growth they continue to develop their IT capability, which has enabled much or their success.
They are now seeking a progressive and innovative IT Leader who can lead and drive operational excellence and where applicable manage transformational projects of change.
It is essential that you are a hands-on IT leader, that has a track record of working in challenging IT environments.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's goals and sustainability objectives.
Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IT solutions that support green energy projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, prioritizing data security and privacy.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines effectively.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Accountable for effective IT service, support and solution to the group.
Ensure all business units have suitable and effective technology that enables business requirements.
Oversee future system developments and investments, including strategy planning and ROI.
Accountable for all related legal, GDPR and security requirements.
Implement a continuous improvement culture throughout IT and facilitate a communicative relationship between IT and the user base.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and technologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulations.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Track record of cost analysis, improvements and transformations.
Exposure to GDPR.
Multi server environment.
