Data Analyst Location: Devon ( this is not fully remote role nad you will be required to be in the oofice at least once per week) Salary: up to £40k Are you passionate about data and excited to unlock its potential?

What You'll Be Doing: Supporting the delivery of internal and external reporting to drive business insights.
Creating interactive and engaging reports that tell compelling stories based on stakeholder needs.
Performing ad-hoc analysis, identifying opportunities, and offering actionable insights.
Collaborating with the wider Engineering & Development teams to provide feedback and innovative ideas.
Joining data from diverse sources to surface key metrics and actionable measures.
Writing efficient and clean code in MySQL, Python, or R to analyze and productionize reporting workflows.
Presenting concise, accurate analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Continuously improving processes and coding practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
What We're Looking For: Experience in a data analyst/scientist role : You're skilled at turning complex data into meaningful insights.
Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Julia and SQL is essential.
Excellent skills in MS Excel and familiarity with the wider MS Office suite .
A talent for creating dashboards and visualizations in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense (preferred but not essential).
Exceptional communication skills: You're confident presenting your findings to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Knowledge of dimensional modeling and experience in an Agile environment would be a bonus.
