Our projects range in value from £5k to £15m, taking the role of Principal Contractor and Principal Designer on various schemes, and supporting our valued Tier 1 contractor clients in a subcontractor and off-site manufacturing capacity.
Role Purpose Working specifically on the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water M&E Direct Delivery Frameworks, managing water industry construction and engineering projects - ensuring full CDM compliance across our sites.
The Role Contracted to 42.5hrs per week Monday to Friday.
To be responsible for managing M&E installations in accordance with Bridges Health & Safety Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards To follow and actively promote the STAR dynamic risk assessment.
Promote and demonstrate the Bridges' values when dealing with peers, staff, customers, and clients.
Requirements Requirements SMSTS (essential) Experience in managing M&E sites.
Experience in a civil / utilities environment.
Site health and safety card Appropriate trade certificate/qualification.
Good client management and communication skills Fit for work medical.
Desirable Black Card CSCS Water industry experience EUSR IPAF, PASMA, confined space.
