Luxoft Automotive offers solutions & services across four automotive domains and multiple horizontal offerings, addressing key areas for growth Currently we are looking for a Program Manager in the UK for an automotive software development business, especially in the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and broader automotive software development field, who will play a critical role in bridging the gap between the product team and stakeholders, ensuring that the product vision is correctly translated into development tasks.
Strategic Client Communication and Relationship Building Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor in automotive software development, specifically focusing on ADAS technologies Facilitate focus groups, user forums, or one-on-one client interviews to gather in-depth insights that inform product strategy and development priorities Backlog Management and Prioritization Bring a strong technical background in Automotive Low-level Software and automotive software development, understanding the complexities and challenges of the domain Provide technical guidance to the development team, helping overcome challenges and ensure the product meets the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements for the automotive industry Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in automotive software development, advising on best practices and potential innovations Project Coordination and Agile Practices Ensure that agile practices are followed and adapted as necessary to meet project and organizational needs 10+ years of experience in Automotive Software program and project management domain ~ Experienced in Planning, Ghant charts, Jira, Excel ~ Readiness to be ready to work onsite in the UK OEM office (Gaydon) and travel regularly to India
