You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your own way.What you'll do:As an integral part of our team, you'll provide efficient, high-quality administrative support, ensuring seamless operations within a healthcare setting.
Your responsibilities will include: Provide accurate and timely administrative assistance, including managing personnel files, staff noticeboards, emails, phone queries, and coordinating managers' diaries.Prepare new starter documentation, draft offer letters, request references, process DBS applications, and ensure quarterly renewals for existing staff.Monitor sickness reports, record return-to-work forms, log disciplinary actions, and manage referrals to Employee Health and Well-Being (EHW) services.Maintain compliance by updating right-to-work documents, logging accident reports, updating risk assessments, and issuing formal correspondence.Analyse data for accurate billing using Sodexo systems (Saffron, HIVE), reconcile financial reports, and submit ad hoc work to Finance.Run management reports, update departmental vacancies, and prepare defence packs for insurance purposes using SAP, Kronos, and Carps systems.Manage staff recognition programs, track nominations, and collaborate with teams to enhance efficiency while adhering to policies.
