Job Description This is an integral position within our QSSHE Team where you will be based onshore at our Dimlington Terminal working Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will promote, develop and maintain a Health, Safety and Environmentally (HSE) aware Asset using combined specialist knowledge of team members.
You will have responsibility to coach staff to ensure their compliance with Perenco's HSE aspirations.
Key Responsibilities To provide comprehensive HSE support to the site (and associated NUI's, where applicable), to include: Monitoring, audit and assurance of work control processes Working with and coaching of operational staff to maintain and improve HSE performance Occupational Health Assurance (Manual Handling, COSHH, Noise, HAVS, Asbestos) Radiation Protection Supervisor (Desirable) Ensure all duties relating to Occupational Health Hygiene and Safety are carried out effectively and efficiently.
HSE Performance Act as point of contact for all HSE issues and support for the site, to include: Regulations, policies, plans and reports (internal and external) Carry out induction and orientation training for new starts and visitors.
