Job DescriptionCivil SupervisorThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a rapidly growing Telecoms Company, to apply quality control whilst overseeing sites and teams of contractors working on a Tier-1 Fibre Telecoms Project.Your role as Civil Supervisor will give you the opportunity to oversee the planning, execution, and quality of civil works associated with fibre network installation and maintenance.
The successful candidate will ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, in line with industry regulations and company objectives.Key responsibilities for this Civil Supervisor Role:Supervising, Coaching, and Mentoring teams of Engineers.Conducting Regular Quality Assurance Inspections of Vans and Equipment.Overseeing Site & Contractors.Carry Out Safety and Testing Checks.Visiting sites to carry out Audits and Quality control measures.Supervising Fibre Engineers/Gangs.Installing Fibre Cables Overground and Underground.Assist in Opening and Closing of Chambers.Requirements for this Extension Supervisor Role:SA001, SA002, SSSTS and NWRSA Supervisor.Experience of supervision within Fibre.Civils experience.Virgin Media experience desirable but not mandatory.Full UK driving license.Package offered for this Extension Supervisor Role:Contract – up to £200p.d25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.Bonus Schemes to be discussed.Progression Opportunities.
