They should have proven experience in a management role within the food and beverage industry and an authentic and enthusiastic approach.
They should possess the ability to foster a positive culture within the team and have strong operational knowledge, commercial awareness, and experience in driving additional sales.Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to drive and motivate teams through periods of change and have the ability to recognize and develop future stars.
They should also possess excellent numeracy and literacy skills, as well as strong organization and planning skills.
Experience in budget management is essential.
