On offer is a rare opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join the senior management team of a world leading company, in a fantastic role where you can utilize your people management skills in a Monday - Friday role with a great work life balance.

As the HR Manager, you will have a varied, interesting & enjoyable role working with a fantastic team both here in the UK & in Scandinavia.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including but not limited to: Personal Administration, Recruitment & Onboarding, Payroll & general office management duties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR Manager to make a real impact within their role whilst working with a talented and dynamic team of professionals.
This is a full-time position, with an early finish on Fridays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and the chance to enjoy all that Bridgwater and the surrounding area has to offer.
The role HR Manager - UK & Scandinavia Management of holiday calendars, staff absence, and sickness records Recruitment, JD's, benchmark checks, draft offers, Right to Work checks, temp payroll confirmations, and fee negotiations Dealing with personnel issues, queries and support of line managers Probations and performance reviews & training and development, personnel files, legislation advice General office management duties - Filing, Scanning of documents, travel arrangements, staff events etc.
The person Bachelor's degree combined with minimum of 5 years HR experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with collaborative working abilities.
Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
Confidentiality and proactive attitude.
Ability to manage a varied workload and communicate with Scandinavian locations.
