Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager Locations: Maidstone, Kent Salary: Negotiable Dependent on Experience Job Type: Permanent We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our Client, a global leader in audit, tax, advisory, and consulting services.
Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager who is eager to take on a pivotal role within a prestigious firm.
As the Tax Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a comprehensive corporate tax function, advising clients on a wide range of tax matters, and ensuring full compliance with UK tax laws and regulations.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's ongoing success, playing a key role in delivering exceptional tax advice while managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
You will be expected to provide strategic tax planning, mitigate risks, and offer innovative solutions to help clients navigate complex tax challenges.
The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of UK tax law, excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the preparation of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK tax regulations and filing deadlines.
Provide expert corporate tax advice to clients, including tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and R&D tax credits.
Supervise and mentor a team of junior tax professionals, offering guidance and support in the delivery of high-quality tax services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored advice to meet their specific needs and helping them navigate complex tax matters.
Identify tax risks and opportunities for clients, ensuring the firm's advice is compliant with all regulatory requirements and optimising clients' tax positions.
Stay up to date with developments in UK Tax law and industry trends to ensure the firm delivers the most accurate and effective tax advice.
Oversee the preparation of tax provisions for financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS standards.
Contribute to the growth of the firm's tax practice by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client relationships, and supporting marketing efforts.
Continuously assess and enhance internal tax compliance processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
Requirements ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent accounting or tax qualification.
Experience in a corporate tax role.
Strong understanding of UK corporate tax law and experience in advising clients on a broad range of tax matters.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues to clients.
