As an Account Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client relationships and growth, overseeing the project lifecycle, and ensuring client expectations are exceeded and strategic goals are met.
Responsibilities for this Account Director include -
Own specific client revenue targets and proactively drive client revenue, providing financial intelligence such as forecasting, growth plans and pipelines Work proactively with all levels of seniority within the clients' teams to help develop their businesses and seek new business opportunities within your client portfolio Provide a high-quality end-to-end client experience, from taking briefs and overseeing projects and ensuring work aligns to the brief Develop and execute project strategies aligned with client objectives, providing actionable insights and ensuring project performance and KPIs are met Supported by a Project Manager, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Previous experience in a similar role within a marketing, creative or digital agency Experience with internal comms/employee engagement – a bonus A strategic and creative thinker, used to working on large and complex projects Track record of relationship management, growing and nurturing clients Strong commercial awareness and business acumen About the agency - As a top 100 independent agency, they love making things look beautiful and put strategic thought into every design, integrated campaign and project they create.
