You will need to be warm, empathetic, and personable, with strong organizational skills and a driven mindset to ensure that activities are planned and executed effectively.
Your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach will inspire both residents and staff to get involved in activities within the home and in the local community.

Any similar experience would be ideal, but it isn't essential especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.
