Job summary Clinical Leader Glasgow Hospital | Nursing | Permanent | Full time Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience hours per week Main duties of the job Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team.

This year, we embarked on phase three of our multi-million-pound refurbishment, adding state of the art equipment like our Mako robotic arm for orthopaedic surgery and a new ambulatory theatre.
We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.

As our Clinical Leader, you will: Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team Lead smooth running of these clinical areas Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment.

Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department equipment is also essential.
Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Must be NMC Registered Nurse.
Must be clinically excellent, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, which includes leading a team to a shared vision and being able to promote innovation and sustainability.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Must be NMC Registered Nurse.
