THE ROLE As the Quality Manager , you will take ownership of quality assurance and continuous improvement across the business.
This hands-on role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.
Key areas of focus include: Overseeing all quality assurance activities, including non-destructive testing (NDT).
Conducting root cause analyses and driving corrective and preventative actions.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Leading and mentoring team members to foster a quality-first culture across the organisation.
This role is ideal for an experienced Quality Engineer looking for the next step into management and the opportunity to make a significant impact.
ABOUT YOU To excel in this role, you will need: Experience : A proven track record in quality assurance within an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment.
Technical Knowledge : Expertise in non-destructive testing (NDT Level II/III preferred) and root cause analysis.
Standards : Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant industry standards.
Leadership : Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to driving improvements and inspiring others.
Ambition : The desire to step up into a management role and deliver measurable results.
This opportunity is perfect for individuals with at least 3-5 years of quality experience, ready to advance into a managerial position with significant responsibility.
