BOC Limited, a Linde company Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHEQ) and Facilities Manager Worsley, United Kingdom | req19278 What you will enjoy doing This is an exciting opportunity to join the heart of our organisation where you have a chance to lead our safety culture at our North West Hub in Worsley The role is to ensure all employees, contractors and vendors located at or working from the North West Hub comply with health and safety laws You will be responsible for establishing policies and procedures that proactively create and maintain a safe and compliant working environment for all employees, contractors and visitors as well as qcting as the overall governance for Engineering Management Of Change (EMOC) and Organizational Management Of Change (OMOC) process for the North West Hub You have the ability to communicate with employees, contractor and vendors in a conscientious and inclusive way As part of this role you will make a difference by bringing new ideas and improvements to the facility You will support cross functional teams to support our safety first culture What makes you great You have excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to network and develop positive relationships with employees, visitors, vendors and contractors Prior experience in a professional environment where you gained Safety and Facilities Management skills and a passion to work with others In addition, you have excellent knowledge in Safety and Facilities Management legislation and compliance Professional qualification and appropriate professional body membership (Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management or similar, IOSH Managing Safely,Nebosh) are essential for this role You are reliable with a flexible approach And finally, you want to succeed, develop, learn new things and challenge yourself Why you will love working with us We are the largest provider of industrial, medical and special gases in the UK and Ireland.
