As part of this exciting project, we are seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer with a plumbing bias to join our dynamic team.

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer - Plumbing Bias, you will be crucial in supporting NI Water's facilities, handling both reactive and planned maintenance tasks while contributing to the future facilities management strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Perform reactive and planned plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance within NI Water facilities as directed by the GRAHAM Helpdesk.
Conduct minor building fabric repairs as required to support the overall maintenance strategy.
Contribute to the delivery of reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and project works under the NI Water contract.
Represent GRAHAM professionally, interacting courteously with clients and stakeholders.
Complete and submit accurate documentation in both hard copy and electronic formats.
Utilise electronic devices to manage and efficiently complete tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing and mechanical issues, sourcing parts and liaising with manufacturers as needed.
Maintain high health and safety standards, performing risk assessments for each task.
Provide out-of-hours cover as part of a rota system.
#GRAHAMFMNIJobs About You Essential Criteria: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, focusing on plumbing and mechanical systems.
Full UK Driver's License.
Registered CSCS/CSR Card or equivalent skill card.
Desirable Criteria: IOSH - Working Safely or equivalent certification.
IT skills, particularly in using PDAs for task management.
Asbestos awareness training.
