Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity?
We are actively seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator to join our Cardiff office, on a permanent basis.
The Senior Administrator role will have responsibility to support business enablement, administration and marketing.
The candidate will work with marketing and facilities teams to drive business growth and retention to enhance our client journey.
They will a lso assist with day-to-day administration, front of house and general support for the office, providing support to colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team and office.
This role would be suitable for individuals with administration experience in Events, Hospitality and Financial Services looking to further their career.
We are looking for people with not only the right skills, but those who demonstrate our values in how they approach their work and colleagues.
What will you do?
Support the Wealth Management, Charity and Intermediary team leads with delivery of localized Marketing initiatives and events.
Project Manage, deliver and communicate calendared events as agreed with Head of Office.
Organise logistics and coordinate personnel for events such as: conferences, dinners, corporate functions both internal and external.
Record outcomes of activity and track against budget as per internal systems.
Preparation of presentations, ensuring these comply with organisations internal systems.
Act as main point of contact for Facilities Management, contracted suppliers, IT and building managements.
Act as vendor liaison working in conjunction with external suppliers and Front of House Liaison.
Manage and co-ordinate stock control and equipment ordering via a variety of vendors and review and approve spend for central invoicing.
Manage vendor invoicing systems to ensure prompt payment .
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Organisation skills with ability to prioritise effectively.
Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
High degree of competency in Excel.
Nice-to-have: Prior knowledge of RBC policies and procedures.
The ability to adapt to a changing environment.
