Quarry/Weighbridge Operative

We are seeking a motivated Weighbridge Quarry Operative to join our team and play a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of our site.
Key Responsibilities Conduct Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) and Quality inspections meticulously, using checklists before, during, and after operations.
Identify and report defects promptly, ensuring they are addressed effectively.
Operate, inspect, and maintain static and mobile plant equipment for load and haul, processing, and materials handling.
Perform loading shovel, quarry operations and weighbridge duties with precision and care.
Maintain high standards of site housekeeping , ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
Adhere strictly to all Company policies and procedures , with a strong focus on health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless and efficient production processes.
About You To excel in this role, you should have: A commitment to safety and environmental practices.
Proven experience in quarry operations, weighbridge duties, or a similar role.
Familiarity with static and mobile plant equipment operation.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
A proactive approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
