Beaumont Manor Care Home is looking to appoint a clinically qualified Home Manager, who has worked within the elderly care sector.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, able to positively influence all teams, whilst ensuring good processes and quality.

Previous experience working as a Home Manager, within an elderly care setting.
Strong working history driving occupancy / improving fees.
Being nurse qualified is preferred but not essential, as long as you are confident and experienced leading nurses and managing clinical risk  Able to retain and develop the strong relationships with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
