First Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Insurance and more recently the Bridging markets.

Fluent Money are continuing to expand and has an exciting new opportunity for a Product Owner to join the growing Development Team.
This role requires a mid-level professional with a proven track record in delivering successful software products to deliver API integrations.
Responsibilities Take ownership of customer enabling products/systems, defining and prioritising features based on business value and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.
Create and maintain a well-defined roadmap and product backlog.
Act as a representative of Scrum values and principles within the development team.
Facilitate and contribute to Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as necessary.
Encourage and foster a Scrum mindset within the team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with frontend and backend/server-side developers to understand technical requirements and constraints.
Collaborate on the design and implementation of frontend and backend solutions to support customer enabling services.
Work closely with entire Squad teams to ensure the successful delivery of product increments.
Provide regular updates on project progress and key milestones.
About You Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment.
Experience in a commercial environment.
Experience in using Project Management tools such as Jira.
Solid understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
Ability represent and encourage Scrum values of openness and honesty.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to translate technical knowledge into information to enable your stakeholders to understand and make decisions effectively.
Experience in the financial services industry or with loan brokerage platforms is desirable.
