Supervisor (Roadspace Technology)

Ringway are seeking a proactive and skilled Supervisor to oversee and plan traffic management for technology works on the National Highways East contract.
This is a key role where you'll take ownership of traffic management requirements, guide a team of TM Road Space Coordinators, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Your efforts will help us deliver exceptional service to clients and stakeholders while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
What You'll Do: Ensure all operations are conducted safely and promote a culture of safety across teams and projects Oversee the delivery of reactive and cyclic maintenance works, ensuring quality and productivity targets are met Take responsibility for planning and arranging traffic management to support technology works Supervise and monitor operational teams and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment Utilise bespoke software to effectively manage service requirements Conduct regular checks and audits of depot facilities, ensuring they meet operational standards Coordinate road space applications, review and manage RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements), and undertake site visits to ensure compliance Essential Qualifications: 12 A/B certification 12 C certification 12D T7 for Managers and Client Officers or extensive knowledge of high-speed traffic management Basic proficiency in computer programs such as Word and Excel Personal Qualities: A strong team player with excellent coordination and communication skills Highly organised with great attention to detail Flexible and adaptable to varying working hours and conditions Capable of working independently with minimal supervision This role involves travel to sites across the National Highways East contract, offering a chance to make a significant impact while working in a dynamic environment.
