Job Description To assist your line manager in administrating IT-related items/activities.
Providing staff support, having a proactive approach with the ability to be 'hands-on'.
A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and the confidence to liaise with services and managers at all levels are essential.
With the ability to work as part of a small team and competent to work as an individual.
Maintain several databases and spreadsheets.
Own and maintain the IT SharePoint page.
(Intranet) To ensure the centrally procured kit is administered effectively, e.g., Mobile Phones, mifi units, laptops, repairs, postage, and courier services.
Due to the location of the office, a driving licence is essential.
Click here to view the full job description.  Qualifications Experience of reception and office admin duties Excellent organisational skills Good at problem-solving Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel Ability to work on own initiative Effective communication skills Ability to prioritise duties Willingness to learn Additional Information Salary:  £23,575.00 to £26,650.00 per annum, (£12,743.24 to £14,405.40 pro-rata) Hours: 20 hours per week Flexibility: Office based 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service.
