Senior Client Manager Job Overview Manage a dynamic and diverse client portfolio independently.
Build lasting client relationships, becoming their primary contact.
Lead a team, overseeing quality work to provide exceptional service.
Collaborate with directors and other departments to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
Deliver outstanding client experiences by deeply understanding their business needs.
Drive growth by retaining clients and fostering new client relationships.
Handle larger, complex assignments with support from the Accounts team.
Review and enhance processes to improve service efficiency.
Coach, develop, and lead the accounts team and direct reports.
Senior Client Manager Job Requirements Be ACA / ACCA qualified.
Have experience working as a manager in an accountancy practice Have worked with a range, including owner-managed businesses.
Knowledge of CCH desirable.
