A private equity backed SME that operates in the electronics manufacturing sector is looking for a Head of Technical Sales to join the team in Greater Manchester.
They have ambitious growth plans over the next 3-5 years, and this is a newly created role where you will take responsibility for driving sales, leadership and delivering the strategic plan.
You will receive a basic salary up to £100,000 per annum, plus a generous bonus scheme.
As Head of Technical Sales, your responsibilities will include: Developing and executing sales strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
Defining and communicating clear targets in line with market opportunities.
Overseeing key account strategies to ensure YOY growth and build strong client relationships.
Leading business development campaigns to win new business Implementing best practices for client engagement and retention.
Conducting regular reviews to assess client satisfaction.
Managing the small sales team to achieve objectives.
