We are working with a Primary school in Runcorn to recruit a  TA to work full time to support a Y6 pupil on a 1-1 basis.
Applications from those either working with young adults or previous experience with children are welcomed, we can support you to acheive your Level 3 Teaching Assistant Quakification along the way too.
You will be supported by a strong KS2 SLT team and SENCO and working with a fantastic classroom teacher.
The role is to commence January 2025 and is full-time, it will take alot of patience and dedication  and for the right person the opportunity to become permanent is an option.
The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting students with a personalised curriculum and will be able to build a relationship and help the student overcome any obstacles and barriers to learning.    Benefits Competitive daily salary- sublect to qualification and experience Weekly pay, paid via PAYE.
Supportive and dedicated consultant Chance of a permanent contract Flexibility £200 Referral Scheme  Free CPD (fully accredited) Roles and Responsibilities: As a Teaching Assistant at the school, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students' educational journey.
Your responsibilities will include: Providing personalised 1:1 support to students, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.
Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences for the pupil you are supporting.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a holistic and effective support system.
Additional general classroom duties as directed by the class teacher.
Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience working with students with SEN or working 1:1.
A genuine passion for providing learning support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
Hold a Teaching Assistant Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
or experience working with children or yung adults, in a coaching or supported living role GCSE Maths and English grade 4 or above/ or functional skills level 2.
