JOB DESCRIPTION Replenishment OperativeBanbury, UKRate of Pay: £About the Team:The Replenishment Operative at HelloFresh is responsible for ensuring the flow of inventory through the operative, in line with business requirements.
A Replenisher at HelloFresh works with our Warehouse and Production colleagues to stock our production and kitting lines with the finest and freshest ingredients.Reporting to the Replenishment Supervisor, you will keep quality standards high whilst ensuring staging areas are kept clean and tidy.
The Replenishment Operative is instrumental in ensuring production runs smoothly.You will be working to ensure best practices are followed at all times.
Guided by our Team Leaders, you'll be directed to maintain the highest product standards whilst delivering on business KPIs.You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.
You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake.
