To be a successful Kitchen Porter , an important part of our kitchen team, you will need; * A positive, can do attitude to ensure all kitchen equipment, tools and guest crockery and cutlery are cleaned and ready when needed * To take pride in your work- confident in being a crucial part in the wheel of kitchen operations * A willingness to learn about different food, techniques and service styles- able to take on new tasks to support the chefs and colleagues * A team player- there to support and ensure the wheels keep turning in the kitchen, really pulling through in those peak periods Now you know what we are looking for in our Kitchen Porters , below is what we offer you: What we  offer you: Access to Employee Assistance Programme – helping our hospitality team through any difficult times 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
