Team LeaderRUTLAND | SPECIALIZED WHITWELL, RUTLAND WATERJOB SUMMARY A key member within the Specialized UK Retail Team, the Team Leader is positioned to support store leadership by assisting to implement initiatives and activations whilst considering the welfare of the team and contributing to overachieve on commercial KPI's.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - what you'll be doing day-to-dayKey holding responsibility to open and close the store, especially in the absence of store leadershipDelivering conversions and supporting other members of the team with their performanceCashing up and investigation of anomaliesImplementing sales and marketing activationsRolling out new initiatives and gathering feedbackStock and inventory management supportOrganisation of team breaksAssessment of any in store activations to understand levels of success and provide feedbackIdentification of development opportunities within the team, working with store leadership to develop and implement actions Completing any reasonable request made by the Store or Assistant Store Leader to the best of ability Professional and friendly conduct at all times within the team and especially with ridersWHAT YOU NEED TO WIN Excellent customer service focusSome coaching and mediation skillsCapable of driving team performanceTrustworthiness and diligence to processEmpathy to the needs of the team and our ridersClear and effective communicator I.T.
