Working in accordance with standard operating procedures to ensure commercial requirements for the number of visits, quality and workmanship, service user satisfaction and costs are met.Role Criteria: Experience with installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of The IET Wiring RegulationsHave the knowledge to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and have the ability to fill in correctly, the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition ReportFlexibility to cover the out of hours rota where required: 1 weekend in 4, and 1 day a week depending on the business needs to ensure contract compliance & service user satisfaction for emergency repairsTo ensure that all electrical work is carried in accordance with The Electricity @ Work Regulations 1989 and in line with the requirements of BS 7671 (as amended) and Mears Electrical Procedures and PoliciesEssential qualifications:NVQ Level 3 Including AM2Test & Inspection – City & Guilds 2391 Qualification18th Addition (BS 7671:2018) – City & Guilds 2382If you feel you have skills and experience needed, please apply below via the link.
