Job Introduction Project CoordinatorLocation: Cambridge (Hybrid)Salary: Up to £45,000As a Project Coordinator at Sodexo in Cambridge, you are a detail-oriented organizer and a collaborative problem-solver.

You belong to a team where you can act with purpose, innovate with impact, and thrive in your own way.What you'll do:Coordinate and support project administration, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and escalate issues or risks as necessary.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support the Client Relationship Manager.Analyse data to inform project decisions and ensure reporting aligns with quality standards.Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple sites to align timelines and objectives.Review and improve policies and processes to create efficiencies and support operational goals.What you bring:Proven administrative experience with a focus on project coordination.Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data analysis and reporting.Self-motivated, adaptable, and thrives under pressure with a customer-focused mindset.Desirable:Understanding of project management principles or relevant vocational qualifications.Experience in Facilities Management or Biopharmaceutical companies.Background in change management or policy review and improvement.What we offer:Working with Sodexo is more than just a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
