Timber frame Designer remote working opportunities available __________________________________________________________________________________ FastHouse currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Timber frame Designer to Join and support our successful team in Limavady with remote working opportunities being considered for this position.
Reporting to the Senior Designer, the successful person in this role would be working with the FastHouse Design Team to design and produce in line with project specifications for our clients on major construction projects across Ireland.
The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level.
You would be producingdrawings for client approval, generating production drawings for the Manufacturing team and generating programming files for our automated factory equipment.
In addition you would be producing job sheets and cutting lists and would be involved in preparing design and drawing packs for site teams, external suppliers and customers.
A major aspect of this role is to liaise and coordinate with other departments, clients, architects and contractors on a daily basis.
About You A minimum of 2 years Timber frame Design office experience is required and a competent level of education in a relevant discipline would be essential.
In addition you will beProficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office packages and hold HSB software or equivalent, knowledge and experience.
You will be working with a highly successful team so good communication skills and ability to work as part of the team will be essential.
You will bring with you analytical and problem solving skills and will be able to demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills.
As we move forward, flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the role will be essential as will a strong attention to detail.
