Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities: Proactively source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to identify the best fit for our clients' job requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to understand their hiring needs and business objectives.
Manage the recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to negotiating job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with a successful track record of placing candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding targets.
