Proven ability to lead and supervise others.
A good understanding of care planning processes Be experienced in or happy to undertake training on administering medication Above all, have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.

The 80-bed home has been designed over three floors which are split into suites, each with their own dining room, quiet sitting areas and comfortable lounges.
The ground floor is the hub of activity with a hair and beauty salon, where residents can get pampered and a café overlooking the landscaped gardens.
There is an in-house cinema and spacious balcony on the second floor.The team have the skills and experience to deliver the very best in nursing, dementia, residential and short-term respite care.
