About You: We're looking for a foot mobile engineer covering our Manchester Deansgate site.
You'll be required to do planned and reactive work consisting of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general snagging.
You should have a can-do attitude, organised and efficient with an eye for detail.
A team player as well as a self-starter with the motivation to problem solve under pressure.
Main responsibilities: Be onsite outside of trading hours to carry out reactive maintenance across assigned sites.
Diagnose and carry out repairs whilst on site including the ability to source material required.
Update jobs via the Asana portal ensuring reports are written thoroughly and good-quality pictures are taken Perform plumbing/plastering/painting/electrics and general maintenance tasks Prioritise the maintenance and repairs of company equipment and parts Identify areas for improvement Implement safety policies and procedures Maintain expense reports
