Specific duties include:- Strategic Financial Decisions: Collaborate with all departments and the management team to make informed financial decisions aligned with Merit's best interests.
Continuous Improvement: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement within financial operations.
Budget Compliance: Ensure company spending is kept in line with set budgets for projects.
Working closely with the project accountant.

Prepare project detailed managements accounts for review with the board.
