The Role Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their Bristol team.
This role is perfect for an ambitious recruitment professional with a proven track record in agency recruitment, looking to progress their career.
Youll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from winning new business to placing high-quality candidates, while delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Account Management: Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing: Attract, screen, and engage top-tier candidates using various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, providing guidance and support to clients and candidates at every stage.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed on industry trends and market insights to deliver added value to clients and candidates.
Ideal Candidate Experience: A minimum of 1 year in agency recruitment with a proven history of billing success.
Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ambition: A target-driven, self-motivated professional who excels in achieving results.
Organisation: Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Bristol recruitment market is advantageous but not essential.
