Main duties of the job An exciting opportunity isavailable for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to join our high achieving administrativeteam in All Age Continuing Care (AACC).NHS Continuing Healthcare(CHC) is the name given to a package of care that is arranged and funded solelyby the NHS for people who are not in hospital but have complex ongoinghealthcare needs.You will operate within a fastpaced, compassionate environment, supporting the Operations and Outcomes Team,where the patient is at the centre of everything we do.
You will be responsible forgeneral business administration, including, but not limited to:Handling incoming and outgoing mailAnswering queries via telephone and emailMaintaining patient recordsCoordinating Multidisciplinary Meetings (MDTs)Communicating assessment outcomes to patients,families and stakeholdersAssisting the wider team with businesscontinuity, recruitment, staff wellbeing and retention About us NHS Sussex ICB arecommitted to enabling team members to work in an agile and flexible way.
